How do you help Mums and Families?
We help mums in preparing them for pregnancies, during pregnancy and post-partum care. We also treat musculoskeletal pain and injuries. We provide education, support for their bodies and conditioning and fitness training for a healthy body and lifestyle. We provide treatment and education on perineal massage/releasing in prep for birth.
