I'm dedicated to helping new mums throughout the first 1000 days, from conception to the joys and challenges of motherhood.
On my "one to one" home sessions I offer hands-on, evidence based, support and guidance during those crucial early weeks and months. I also have a vast network of over 80 perinatal specialists to connect you with any additional support you might need outside my areas of expertise. Plus, I'll be with you every step of the way, from transitioning becoming a confident parent who can truly have it all.
